Senior Project Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.

You will work closely with our technical teams to understand project requirements and develop detailed project plans. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, as well as ensuring that all necessary resources are allocated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and develop project plans.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or Agile certification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
