Job Description

We are currently undergoing renovations to redefine the bar experience in the Australian hospitality industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Bartender to grow and develop a longstanding career alongside the stunning Sydney Harbour.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Bartender.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in fine dining service or high-end restaurants.
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, beer, and current beverage trends.
  • Experience in large functions and events is advantageous.
