About the RoleReporting to the Business Manager, you'll work closely with stakeholders, including employers and job seekers, to deliver exceptional results. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure employment opportunities for participants, supporting them to become job-ready through training and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities
- Support job seekers to enhance their employability skills and develop personalized job plans
- Deliver high-quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employers, community groups, and other stakeholders
The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference in people's lives, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in sales, retail, call centres, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is beneficial, but not essential.
We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this role and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
