About the Role

As a Marketing Experience Lead, you will play a key role in driving the BIG W customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver engaging BIG W customer experiences digitally and in-stores.
  • Surrey Hills location with hybrid working arrangements.
  • Drive the BIG W customer experience, creating relevant omnichannel experiences that are differentiating and meaningful for Australian families.
  • Support the creation of an engaging omnichannel customer experience that seamlessly integrates across our store and digital channels including renewal canvas.
  • Partner & collaborate with Communications & cross-functional teams (including Commercial, Store Format, Group Next Gen team, Digital, Retail ops) to ensure a unified approach to in-store and digital experiences that captivate customers and differentiate our brand.
  • Make informed decisions based on customer insights, data-led market trends, and key performance indicators to continually refine and improve the customer experience; and stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation.
