About The Role:

The role drives the development and delivery of capacity building activities, including training and events. The successful candidate will lead communication and engagement efforts to promote these initiatives.

This position plays a key role in driving skills, knowledge, and network growth across the water industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and execution of training, events, and other capacity building activities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver effective programs.
  • Develop strategic communication plans to engage target audiences.
  • Provide excellent customer service and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and resources within our systems.
  • Collaborate with program leads to identify improvements and innovations.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Sciences, Education, Business, or Natural Resources Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in training coordination and/or event management.
  • Proven ability in communications and engagement activities.
  • Excellent time management and priority setting skills.
  • Proficient in using software applications like Zoom, SurveyMonkey, MS Teams, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
