The Role

We're seeking skilled Speech Pathologists to provide life-changing services to NDIS participants in Pakenham and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to focus on either children (0-8 years) or adults (18+), ensuring a fulfilling work experience.

Your Everyday at Everyday Independence
  • Work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to community centres, playgrounds, and workplaces.
  • Create therapy plans using evidence-based tools and deliver impactful speech pathology services, supporting participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of passionate professionals.
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing experiences and learning together.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • SPA Registration.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Children's Check.
