The RoleWe're seeking skilled Speech Pathologists to provide life-changing services to NDIS participants in Pakenham and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to focus on either children (0-8 years) or adults (18+), ensuring a fulfilling work experience.
Your Everyday at Everyday Independence- Work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to community centres, playgrounds, and workplaces.
- Create therapy plans using evidence-based tools and deliver impactful speech pathology services, supporting participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of passionate professionals.
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing experiences and learning together.
- Continuous Learning: Guidance and support from industry leaders to help you excel in your role.
- Competitive Salary Package: A salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience, plus additional benefits including vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance bonuses.
