The Health, Safety, and Environment Specialist will play a critical role in promoting a culture of zero harm within the Carole Park plant. This position will support the EHS Manager in implementing and enforcing health and safety policies, procedures, and practices. Key responsibilities include conducting workplace assessments and inspections, investigating incidents and hazards, developing and implementing risk management strategies, and providing training and guidance to employees on health and safety matters. To succeed in this role, you will require a Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, entry-level experience in an EHS role within heavy industry or high-risk environments, sound knowledge of relevant Australian EHS legislation, and basic understanding of EHS Management Systems, technology, and tools.
