About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced electrical tradesperson to join our Distribution team as a Transmission System Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the construction and maintenance of overhead network and associated equipment, with a focus on fault and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construct and maintain overhead and substation infrastructure
  • Respond to faults and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Line worker/Distribution Powerline Worker
  • Excellent understanding of construction and maintenance practices involving the Distribution network
  • Possession of a current drivers' license
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
  • 36 hour week - 9 day fortnight
  • All tools and uniform provided
  • 16.5% Super
