Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Orchestration Software Engineer to join our Platform Orchestration team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving development and maintenance of API integrations and low-level software components.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features, as well as maintain continuous integration workflows.

Your primary responsibilities will include writing secure, production-ready code in Go and adapting to other languages when needed.

Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with team members on pull requests, code reviews, and pair programming.

The ideal candidate will have extensive software development experience across multiple languages, proficiency with Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies, and strong understanding of networking protocols (HTTP, SDP, RTP).

You will also be required to design and integrate APIs for diverse systems, including REST, gRPC, protocol buffers, WebSockets, and other protocol-based communications.

Familiarity with Wireshark and writing custom dissectors in Lua is a plus. Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, NATS) is also desired.

Understanding of broadcast media network standards (NMOS, ST2022, ST2110) is essential.
