**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Field Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for installing and testing all IT devices onsite, scheduling regular visits to audit the stores' IT environment, and maintaining the overall health of the store's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and test all IT devices onsite for store developments and IT projects on time and in full.
  • Schedule regular onsite visits to audit the stores' IT environment.
  • Maintain the IT environment at stores by cleaning, standardizing, and optimizing hardware.
  • Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution for IT incidents that require an onsite presence.
  • Remove and replace IT devices as part of life cycle management, sites expansions, or relocations.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied that their IT devices are operating as expected.
  • Create and maintain documented procedures for your project and daily tasks.
  • Assist third-party technicians with executing their IT tasks.
  • Maintain provided tools required and report on any damages or losses.
  • Manage, support, and resolve systems and user requests, including liaising with vendors for system upgrade/maintenance.
  • Proactively ensure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Align IT infrastructure solutions and delivery to strategic business, as well as tactical and operational end-user needs.
  • Support procurement process for IT hardware and software, including maintenance budgeting.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to understand requirements and documentation procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Be able to travel to and from our retail sites.
  • Work well under pressure, within tight deadlines and short time frames.
  • Be well organized and have great attention to detail.
  • Have excellent technical and communication skills.
  • Maintain strong workplace relationships.
  • Be proactive in identifying/resolving issues via processes available.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong customer service attributes.
  • At least a Bachelor in Technology.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related position is beneficial.
