Job Title: Associate Director

Are you a seasoned professional looking to take on a leadership role in the Regulatory Affairs team? We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong understanding of local and regional regulations. They will be responsible for leading projects and teams, developing and implementing complex regulatory strategies, and managing challenging negotiations with health authorities.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure compliance with local and regional regulations.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with health authorities and other stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 12+ years of experience in RA or other relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent knowledge and proven experience in understanding and implementing regulatory requirements in Pharmaceutical / Biotech Industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
