Business Operations Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Business Operations Associate to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing onboarding, lender accreditations, agreement renewals, and offboarding processes for new teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple processes for new teams ensuring seamless, compliant, and engaging experiences.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and provide a positive experience.
  • Communicate frequently with key stakeholders to keep them informed on progress.
  • Support the operations team with rolling out key strategic projects and ad hoc admin duties.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in financial services is beneficial.
