Kinnect is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Team Manager in Rockhampton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery to clients, conducting service reviews, and engaging with prospective clients. You will also manage office operations and have the opportunity to maintain a small caseload to stay current in your skills.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of 5 employees and contribute to our mission of fostering health, safety, and productivity in the workplace. You will work closely with the QLD State Manager and receive comprehensive induction, regular catch-ups, and opportunities to visit other locations for learning and development.

Requirements
