You will be the face of Elanco in NSW West, building solid relationships with customers and promoting the sales of companion animal products. Your role will involve providing great customer service and technical and commercial product support, while training and informing industry professionals on a daily basis about our company products.
In this role, you will gather and analyse customer facts, develop actionable learning, and partner with customers to grow their business. You will also have goals/priorities linked to brand plans along with a budget and be expected to deliver results. This position requires leadership behaviour and performance standards aligned with best industry practice, maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards.
- This territory requires being on the road 80% of the time.
- You will have regional trips (overnight) once every 6 weeks.
This role offers flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to read, comprehend, and assimilate scientific and clinical data, grasp technical knowledge, and sell effectively. Ideally, you may also have tertiary qualifications in business or marketing, experience working in companion animal veterinary practices, as well as pet retailers.
