Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba. As a key member of our Allied Health department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of individualized treatment plans.

  • You will work collaboratively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.
  • You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a variety of specialties, including rehabilitation, pediatrics, and gerontology.
  • You will be responsible for assessing patients and developing evidence-based treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • You will participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improving patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients, including assessments, goal setting, and intervention planning.

  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality patient care and staff safety.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is highly regarded.
