Recovery Team Member Job Opportunity

This role involves working with a multidisciplinary recovery team to support individuals with mental health concerns and illness.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with medication supervision/administration, mental state examination/risk evaluation and service implementation under supervision of a registered Nurse
  • Provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment
