Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Facilitator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert clinical knowledge and skills to optimise patient care.
  • Leading and mentoring unit nursing staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Developing and implementing effective education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of unit nursing staff.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Board of Australia is mandatory.
  • Up-to-date vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping Cough) and Hepatitis B is required.
  • Tuberculosis screening is necessary.
  • A clean discipline history is essential.
