About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Collection Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing local hospital sites and coordinating day-to-day operations, as well as providing leadership to a team of pathology collectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage local hospital sites and coordinate day-to-day operations
  • Provide leadership to a team of pathology collectors
  • Ensure the delivery of a high standard of clinical and customer service
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, including Collection Trainers, Area Managers, hospital staff, and senior management
  • Ensure designated sites meet all People & Culture, Workplace Health & Safety requirements, and relevant accreditation standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a Pathology Collector
  • Proven ability and experience in leading teams
  • Sound knowledge of the pathology industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to summarise information and required actions into simple concise terms
