Requirements for the Social Worker Role
We are seeking qualified Social Workers with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in children's services to relocate to the UK and take on new permanent roles in Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry a caseload, including child protection and looked-after children.
- Complete assessments and manage a caseload.
- Establish partnerships with parents/carers, other professionals, and partner agencies.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience working within children's services.
- Registered or willing to register as a Social Worker with Social Work England.
Benefits and Support
- Competitive salary of £34,000 - £38,000 per annum.
- £8,000 relocation allowance.
