Job Title

Lead Associate Trading Director is a high-level position that requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and technical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of trading specialists and senior trading specialists, developing growth strategies, creating RTB buying strategies, and optimizing campaign effectiveness.

This role offers the opportunity to work with internal teams, product management, and cross-functional teams to define features and enhancements to improve the platform. You will also have the chance to mentor clients, build trading best practices, and create training collateral.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of programmatic experience, 3+ years of client-facing experience, and strong leadership skills. You should be able to set goals, measure accomplishments, hold team members accountable, and provide effective coaching. Additionally, you should have experience in working with ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and optimization platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of trading specialists and senior trading specialists
  • Develop growth strategies and create RTB buying strategies
  • Optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Work with internal teams and product management to define features and enhancements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
