Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support to sales and after-sales activities related to customer support and warranty claims.
  • Offer advice and counsel to the business on disputes, local business issues, litigation, and commercial initiatives.
  • Lead commercial transactions efforts in the region, including revenue-generating contracts, business strategy, distribution programs, dealer programs, and marketing.
  • Review and draft supply contracts, purchase agreements, confidentiality agreements, sales term sheets, business terms and conditions, and other commercial contracts.
  • Manage outside counsel with respect to all legal matters within the APAC region.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Must be qualified to practice law in Australia, with additional consideration given to Singapore or United States state bar qualifications.
  • Experience working in-house in renewable energy, project finance, or corporate finance is desirable.
  • Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice law in Australia.
