About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Selleys Retail Sales team in the NSW Central West territory. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and field representation across all channels within the defined territory.

You will leverage your customer insights to create sales opportunities that deliver value to our customers. With a strong focus on sales and planning skills, you will predominately be on the road visiting customers to gain sales and influence buying habits in your territory.

When not on the road, you will be calling customers and planning for the days ahead, booking meetings and developing plans for growth in your territory. With health and safety as a top priority, your days will involve training staff, merchandising, and meeting KPIs.

This role offers variety and the right amount of challenge that will keep you learning and growing your knowledge and skills. You will be surrounded by an experienced team who will support you to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a customer base in person and over the phone
  • Achieve sales, volume, and KPI targets
  • Run reports and present them on a quarterly basis to stores
  • Grow and build relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements
  • Ability to understand a wide range of products and offerings across all channels
  • Strong customer service, sales, and planning skills
  • Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Exposure to using Sales CRMs
  • Willingness to travel and be away from home for a week once every six weeks
