Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to implement and train our software suite to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and deliver effective training on our software suite to meet client needs.
  • Optimise the implementation process by following and improving upon established procedures.
  • Engage with clients to consult and ensure implementations are strategically planned based on client requirements.
  • Provide onsite and online training as needed, aligning with client objectives.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure system optimisation and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent training delivery skills with ability to tailor methods to suit different client needs.
  • Experience in implementing software systems, understanding business processes and workflows.
  • A professional approach, prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering rapid results.
  • Confidence to adapt and learn new programs, and systems.
  • Knowledge of accounting packages such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and experience in the trades industry.
