About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Director to spearhead high-profile transactions and drive growth in infrastructure, transport, energy, and renewable energy sectors.

In this role, you will lead the origination and execution of M&A, debt advisory, and strategic engagements, working with a team of accomplished professionals from leading global institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate, execute, and manage transactions to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while nurturing client relationships.
  • Oversee transaction deliverables, including financial models, marketing materials, and due diligence coordination.
  • Manage multiple workstreams across M&A, financing, and strategic advisory projects.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing oversight and guidance on financial modelling and transaction processes.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, corporate finance, or infrastructure private equity.
  • Proven expertise in the infrastructure, energy, and renewable sectors, with a strong track record in M&A and debt advisory.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills and the ability to mentor and review junior staff outputs.
  • Confidence and gravitas to effectively engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary advisors.
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, paired with a passion for advancing critical industries.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
