Graduate Opportunity

At Ability Action Australia, we are dedicated to empowering people with disability to 'get more out of life today'. Our 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your learning and development within a supportive environment.

The program offers an immersive 12-week induction followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a multidisciplinary team, working closely with experienced clinicians and support staff.

As a graduate, you will be registered with AHPRA or eligible to do so upon graduation. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to provide high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • To participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge;
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for clients;
  • To maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress;
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans and programs;
  • To maintain confidentiality and adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
