About the Role

Heng & Hurst is seeking a commercially astute and clinically sound Sales Executive to manage their NSW South territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing sales of our portfolio of capital and consumable products, analysing and establishing targeted territory business plans, and building and maintaining relationships with our key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales of our portfolio of capital and consumable products
  • Analyse and establish targeted territory business plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Partner with customers to develop their practice
  • Train and develop practice staff on use of our products
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service and clinical support team in execution
  • Coach and train end users to ensure confidence in our products

Requirements

  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales
  • Strong business acumen and territory management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sound clinical aptitude and focus on customer service
  • Strong values as a collaborative team player
