Job Description

As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our residents' rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
  • Support peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, colleagues and residents, closely following policies and procedures
Requirements
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience as a cleaner is advantageous
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
  • Reliable team player
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
