Caregiver Opportunities in Aged Care

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable caregivers to join our team for flexible shift fill opportunities across various aged care facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing essential support to Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and nutrition.
  • Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Observing and reporting any changes in residents' condition or behavior.
  • Working collaboratively with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience providing personal care to individuals, preferably within an aged care setting.
  • A genuine passion for caring for older adults and commitment to providing person-centered care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • A current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (as required).
  • A willingness to obtain Influenza vaccination and COVID-19 vaccinations (as required by facility policies).
