- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, including superannuation, tax, and Fair Work regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to the payroll team on system processes and procedures.
- Document payroll and system-related procedures and checklists.
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume payroll roles.
- Knowledge of payroll-related legislation, including superannuation, tax, and Fair Work.
- High-level numeracy and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
