Experienced Service Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at City Toyota Perth. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their vehicle is serviced to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the service process.
  • Listen to customers and ask questions to understand their needs and concerns, documenting issues for our technicians to review.
  • Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete, with all necessary customer and vehicle details.
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Track vehicle progress, ensuring cars are completed on time and keeping customers informed of any delays or issues.
  • Process and explain documentation and receipt payments, ensuring customers understand their service costs and any additional work required.
  • Support and educate customers on the servicing and maintenance of their vehicle, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their vehicle remains in optimal condition.

Requirements

  • Driven and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer queries.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • High level of attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the service process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers and vehicles, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
