We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Arranger/Conductor. As a key member of our funeral services team, you will play a vital role in supporting families during a difficult time.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate funeral services, ensuring that every detail is attended to with care and compassion.
- Work closely with families to understand their needs and preferences, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Implement the funeral plan, directing the team and providing support and guidance for the family on the day of the service.
- You possess a strong customer service ethos, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You have a professional attitude, with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people.
- You are comfortable working with grieving families and the deceased, and possess excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
- You hold a full, unrestricted driver's license.
