Job Title: Centre Manager

As a centre manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality early years education and care for our families.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in an early childhood education leadership position and hold a Diploma in Children's Services (a Bachelor of ECE will be highly regarded). You will also need to have good computer skills to use our online programming software and be available to work any shift between 6:30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality early years education and care
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in an early childhood education leadership position
  • Diploma in Children's Services (Bachelor of ECE highly regarded)
  • Current, valid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
  • Senior First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
