The Residential Services Liaison position at SGCH Group offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that our customers maintain safe and sustainable living conditions.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to sustain tenancies, reduce debt, and improve property care among our customers. You will also be responsible for negotiating repayment agreements, placing tenancies on regular inspection regimes, and maintaining and monitoring those tenancies. Attending the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) to obtain relevant orders in relation to these matters is also an integral part of this role.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the NSW Residential Tenancies Act and experience working with people with complex needs. Your ability to assess, coordinate, and review customer needs, as well as your negotiation and communication skills, will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers and resolving disputes.
A current NSW driving license is also mandatory for this role. If you possess excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sustaining tenancies, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
