Furniture and Interiors Sales Professional

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Furniture and Interiors Salesperson to join our team in Ballarat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert advice on furniture and interiors products, including styling and colour palettes.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record of big-ticket sales and commission-driven sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to support the warehouse team and move furniture in the showroom.
