Op Shop Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our op shop team in Loganholme. As a seasoned supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating volunteers and daily operations, focusing on generating income for a non-profit organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Op Shop Team: Represent the team and brand through your passion for preloved and second-hand items, creating a positive and supportive store atmosphere.
  • Coordinating Daily Operations: Work closely with store managers and area managers to oversee daily tasks, ensuring smooth store operations.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Training and Supporting Volunteers: Develop and implement training programs to enhance volunteer skills and confidence.
  • Driving Sales: Identify opportunities to increase sales and achieve set targets, contributing to the organization's financial success.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee and review all goods for sale, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory management.
  • Daily Register Procedures: Direct and monitor the opening and closing procedures, maintaining accurate records.
