About the Role
">- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving creative direction and leading the development of seasonal rug collections.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in new product development, sourcing, trend analysis, and international supplier engagement to drive innovative concepts that meet our brand's high standards.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the homewares sector and be able to interpret global trends in a way that feels on-brand. You will work closely with our Chief Creative Officer to co-create a compelling and cohesive creative direction for the business.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- Partner with the CCO to develop a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with our brand values and aesthetic.
- Lead the creative vision for seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with brand values and aesthetic.
- Translate high-level creative ideas into detailed briefs that inform and inspire development.
- Make strategic design decisions regarding materials, weaving techniques, finishes, and more, balancing aesthetic, functionality, and cost.
- Oversee the development process, including liaising with global suppliers.
About You
">- Demonstrated experience in a senior design or product development role, particularly in home decor or home textile.
- Strong passion for design, innovation, and product storytelling.
- Ability to understand our consumer and interpret global trends in a way that feels on-brand.
