At Campaign Monitor, we're committed to helping brands build meaningful relationships with their customers. As a Full Stack Software Engineer on our team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our autonomous product teams, working closely with UX designers, Product Managers, and other software engineers to develop innovative solutions. We're looking for talented full-stack engineers with a proven track record of building robust, scalable products and a passion for finding elegant solutions to complex problems.

You'll work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Event-driven microservices and APIs in a distributed architecture
  • Dynamic web applications using ReactJS, Node.js, and Backbone.js
  • Infrastructure development on AWS, including EC2, ECS, SNS/SQS, RDS, Elasticache, Elasticsearch
  • Deploying, scaling, automating, and monitoring servers in multiple data centers and the cloud (DevOps & SREs)
  • Event streaming & big data solutions using Kafka and Spark
  • Extending our growing feature set
About You

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about software development and have a strong desire to learn and grow with us. Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years experience as a software developer
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Fluency in at least two programming languages, including C#, Java, Go, C/C++, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with storage engines, such as SQL, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, and RDS offerings
  • Data-driven decision making and instrumentation techniques
  • Effective communication skills, including documentation
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
