We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

As a Project Coordinator, you will provide instrumental support to the project management team to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of projects to meet agreed timeframes;
  • Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and controls managing by the contract requirements;
  • Manage revisions of project documents, drawings, specifications, and project correspondence;
  • Support project documentation management and reporting;
  • Prepare client proposals, presentations, and due diligence reports;

  • Experience working for a client-side firm or main Tier 1 contractor/consultancy;
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills;
  • Previous experience managing multidisciplinary project teams of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
