Job Title: Lead Analyst – Enterprise Data Quality

Stryker is a leading medical technology company that is driven to make healthcare better. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst – Enterprise Data Quality to join our team.

About the Role:

The Lead Analyst – Enterprise Data Quality will play a critical role in maintaining high data standards and enabling the delivery of our Data and Analytics strategy. This position is a leader of process, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing data governance policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain tools to demonstrate that data quality is meeting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to monitor data quality, governance, and compliance metrics.
  • Oversee data quality initiatives, including data profiling for criticality, cleansing, and enrichment.
  • Embed data certification and a robust issue resolution process.
  • Ensure robust approval processes for new Customer and Employee records.
  • Manage and correct master data inconsistencies within the two JDE instances across three regions.
  • Collaborate with divisional functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Support stakeholder SLA's and provide KPI's.
Requirements:
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and change management skills.
  • Business process improvement capability.
  • Strong analytical aptitude.
  • Strong knowledge of data regulations and compliance requirements.
Skills and Experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • 4+ years of experience in data management, governance, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data management tools, data cataloging software, and data quality tools.
