Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Room Service Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness of rooms to maximize guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Attend to guest requests and report any maintenance concerns.
  • Check out, service, and deep clean rooms in line with high standards.
  • Assist the wider Housekeeping Team as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 – 2 years of experience within a housekeeping environment in a hotel or resort.
  • Good communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and able to carry, push, or lift heavy objects.
  • Knowledge of safe working habits and hotel operations is desirable.
