Cloud Automation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Automation Professional to play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation, DevOps, and cloud engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for automated operations.
  • Develop infrastructure as code using Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
  • Automate system configurations and management using Python and shell scripting.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes.
  • Implement security best practices and compliance policies in cloud environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with DevOps practices and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management.
  • Expertise in Python for scripting and automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Terraform, Helm, or CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
  • Exposure to serverless architectures and cloud-native solutions.
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

This is a senior-level, full-time position in the IT department.
