The OpportunityWe're seeking a skilled Production Manager to join our team at our Burpengary store. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for:
- Producing high-quality baked goods, including breads, pastries, and sweets.
- Ensuring our baking team meets Banjo's high standards of product quality.
- Managing administration tasks, including budgeting, ordering, and rostering.
- Fostering a safe working environment by following Banjo's established WHS practices.
- Working across a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
