This role involves working as an experienced allrounder in a cafe environment, engaging well with customers by delivering high standards of hospitality and service while operating in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain deliberate effort to engage with customers.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service through friendliness, speed and efficiency.
  • Maintain personal presentation, customer interaction, constructive communication and teamwork at a high level.
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages as required, including coffees within specified time guidelines.
  • Process customer payments at the till with friendliness, speed and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs.
