Trade Counter/Delivery Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trade Counter/Delivery Driver.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Trade Counter/Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and information about products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing quotes and product information to customers in person and over the phone
  • Undertaking pick, packing, and stock control activities to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Maintaining shop floor displays and ensuring accurate information is provided to customers
  • Assisting with maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Clean valid driver's licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods
