Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood educator to join our team in a Kindergarten setting.

About the Role

This is a full-time position where you will lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality educational programs for children aged 3-5 years. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure the centre meets/exceeds National Quality Standards. Your expertise in early childhood education will enable you to make informed decisions about program development and improve outcomes for children.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Relevant teaching registration (if applicable)
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
  • A first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain one
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
