Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Inflight Service Professionals.

As an Inflight Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort during flights.

You will work closely with our crew to deliver a high-quality inflight experience that meets our airline's standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in the aviation industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Not exceed 173 cm in height.
  • Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, completed within the last 3 years.
  • Demonstrate one of the following:
    • Completed 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand.
    • Worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
    • Worked in the UK, Ireland, or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
    • Completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5.
  • Be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), requiring a police security check.
  • Possess passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Pass a swim assessment (able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device).
  • Show flexibility and adaptability, including working during holidays and peak periods.
  • Present a high level of personal presentation.
