About the Position

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to provide specialized allied health services. As a specialist provider, we support individuals with disabilities through assessments and therapy in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • We require an experienced Speech Pathologist to conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs.
  • The ideal candidate will develop tailored therapy plans that align with client goals and priorities.
  • Deliver therapy services in homes, schools, and group settings to promote independence and confidence.
  • The successful candidate must be able to write clear and professional reports aligned with NDIS standards.
  • The ability to utilize evidence-based tools is essential for enhancing communication and safe eating practices.
Requirements
  • Hold current SPA registration.
  • Prior experience in NDIS or disability services is preferred but not required.
  • Confidence working in community settings and a willingness to adapt to diverse environments are essential.
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle for transporting clients (if applicable) are also required.
