As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work closely with our residents to provide support and care according to their individual needs and preferences. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a positive difference in the lives of older people.



Key Responsibilities




  • Providing support and care to residents in accordance with their care plans and preferences
  • Applying person-centred care approaches to all interactions with residents
  • Considering residents' individual needs, strengths, and preferences when engaging in support activities


Requirements




  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation) or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in an aged care facility
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
