About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate General Practitioner to join our team in Broome, Western Australia. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing acute and chronic medical care while promoting primary healthcare initiatives
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, culturally sensitive care
  • Optimising clinic efficiency and safety, while supporting the Senior Medical Officer and deputising in their absence
  • Engaging in education and training, providing mentorship to GP Registrars, Aboriginal Health Workers, and Nursing and Medical students
Requirements
  • Current residency in Australia, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom
  • Dedication to improving the health outcomes and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
