Project Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our high-performing construction team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects, including wayfinding and statutory packages.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage project expenses, audit and control costs.
- Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot problems.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and conduct post-project evaluation.
- Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a project management role with large construction wayfinding and statutory packages.
- High level of understanding of the National Construction Code and OHSE principles.
- Proficient in engineering, manufacturing, and installation processes.
Key Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and suppliers.
- Proficient in Aconex, Procore, and MS Office.
